At Litauraa, we stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Please read our policy below to understand your options.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us
Email us at info@litauraa.in or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason.
Pack Securely
Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Attach the return authorisation details we provide.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Eligible Items for Return
We accept returns on items that are:
- Returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Unused, unburned, and in their original condition.
- In original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Candles that have been burned or used.
- Products with broken seals (reed diffusers, fragrance oils).
- Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased at clearance pricing.
- Custom or personalised orders.
- Gift cards.
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologise. Please:
- Photograph the product and packaging clearly.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap a product, please initiate a return for the eligible item and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI. Please share your bank details with our team.
- Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.
Return Shipping
For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
For damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange and cover return shipping costs entirely.
