Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Expedited options may be available at checkout. We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below this amount attract a nominal shipping charge visible at checkout.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we ship within India only. We are actively working on international shipping and hope to announce it soon. Stay tuned!
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from the My Account section on our website.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us at the earliest via our Contact page or WhatsApp. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Our Products
What wax do you use in your candles?
We use premium natural soy wax — a clean-burning, renewable, and biodegradable alternative to paraffin. Soy candles burn slower and cooler, and they carry fragrance beautifully.
Are your candles safe for pets and children?
Our candles are made with natural ingredients and lead-free wicks. However, we recommend keeping lit candles out of reach of children and pets, and never leaving them unattended. Ensure the room is well ventilated when burning.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn time varies by size. Our 100g candles burn for approximately 20–25 hours, 200g candles for 40–50 hours, and larger formats up to 80+ hours. Specific burn times are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my candle?
Trim your wick to 5mm before each burn. On the first use, burn the candle until the entire surface melts — this prevents tunnelling. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a stretch. Keep away from drafts and flammable materials.
Can I customise a candle or order in bulk?
Yes! We offer custom labelling, fragrance selection, and bulk orders for events, corporate gifting, and weddings. Please reach out through our Contact page with your requirements and we'll be happy to assist.
Returns & Payments
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, in original packaging, and in undamaged condition. Fragrance products and candles that have been burned cannot be returned. Please see our full Return Policy for details.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry! Please photograph the damaged product and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly — no questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in select pincodes.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through industry-standard encrypted gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.
